This guide walks you through the Fin Ops Bulk SMS App - a secure way to send text messages to multiple recipients at once.

By the end, you'll know how to:

• Sign in and access the bulk send feature
• Download and complete the CSV template
• Upload your recipient list
• Preview messages before sending
• Send and confirm delivery

SMS offers massive benefits over traditional letters in speed, reach, and effectiveness.

Navigate to the Gov SMS App at poc.sms.risen108010.co.uk

You'll see the landing page with the option to Send bulk Text messages.

Enter your sign in details in the login form.

Click the Sign In button to authenticate and access the bulk SMS features.

From the main dashboard, click on "Bulk Send" to access the bulk messaging feature.

This allows you to send multiple SMS messages at once using a CSV file.

Click "Download Template" to get the CSV template file.

You can either complete this template with your recipient data, or use a previously prepared file.

Click the file upload area and select your completed bulk-sms-template.csv file.

Once uploaded, the file name will be displayed confirming successful selection.

Preview and review all the messages that will be sent.

This screen shows each recipient's phone number and the message content they will receive.

Once you've reviewed and are satisfied with the messages, click "Send X Messages" to dispatch them.

In this example, we're sending 2 messages to the recipients listed.

A toast notification appears confirming your messages have been sent successfully.
